Skipping is very similar to pausing but it automatically just skips the next order, while keeping the same frequency of orders beyond that. For example, if a customer has a monthly subscription, skipping their order will mean that they will go two months between their last order and the next one they’ll receive. Customers can skip multiple orders in a row if they wish.
Skipping is another great option to propose to customers who are interested in cancelling or pausing, since it is a shorter time and does not put them in a state where they need to take an action to resume their subscription.
