Customers sometimes make a quick decision when they make their subscription purchase about how often they want shipments, but sometimes this ends up being too often, or not often enough. It’s important to get customers on the right interval to avoid frustration and make the subscription work best for them in the long run.
You can update a customer’s order frequency by pressing “Edit” on the “Frequency” section of the right column in the subscription details.
Once you save the new interval, it will take effect after the next order. If you want to change the next order, you must edit the next order date.
